Establishing a plan to manage Metrics
  • Having established Metric program, develop a process for ongoing administration and monitoring.
  • Establish a process for incorporating Metrics into operational risk management processes and decisions.
  • Reevaluate and cull outdated Metrics and adjust metrics and thresholds to include documentation of reasons for eliminating or revising Metrics and associated metrics.
  • Establish a process for keeping executive management informed.
